Business Philosophy, Dream and Background

Institute of Corporate Professionals (ICORPRO) is an entity driven by business philosophy of "genuine interest". ICORPRO offers services related to and including professional development, corporate social responsibility and work-life balance. While all the three services are offered to both corporate or organizational clients as well as individual professionals, the services related to professional development are also offered to budding professionals.

ICORPRO was a dream of a budding corporate professional (in the year 1998) and has been incorporated in Singapore (in 2008). The founder started saving money in September 1998 in the name of "Institute of Corporate Professionals" at an old well-established Co-operative Bank (in Hyderabad, India) with about 200,000 depositors and 7500 shareholders. After a few years – and depositing money at regular intervals – even before he could establish Institute of Corporate Professionals that bank itself became insolvent due to liquidity crisis in 2003. This left the Founder and many other customers of that bank shocked, with many elderly citizens expected to loose their lifetime savings (due to lack of responsibility towards customers by that bank).

ICORPRO's growing number of Associates and Management Trainees work with "passion","integrity" and "genuine interest" to enable positive developments. Team's varied background and experience includes business management, engineering, psychology, media, project management, law and social work.

Advisers

Experienced professionals from international business, banking, stock exchanges, consulting, education industry, social sector, and various other fields are joining us as "Advisers" in our Board of Advisers.

Our Advisory Board includes Jessica D, Mervyn Lim, Christy Muliana, Raphael Iluyomade, Dushyant Yadav, Nishant Mehta, Srikanth M, Ajay Thakkar, Mr. Sriraj Akula, Ruchika Salooja and Pallavi Misra. Jessica has experience in the banking industry in Germany and Singapore. Mervyn is an entrepreneur and financial adviser in Singapore. Raphael is a Nigerian philosophy teacher. Dushyant is a management professional and entrepreneur. Srikanth has experience in Human Resource Management and has worked for a leading and reputed Indian company and leading international consulting firm. Ajay has experience as Company Secretary handling corporate compliances. Nishant has experience in Chartered Accountancy profession. Both Christy and Pallavi are communications professionals. Sriraj is a resource management and HR consultant for an IT company. Ruchika is a professional in the field of environment including carbon management.

Founder

Before establishing ICORPRO the Founder-Director Mr. Santosh Earth was working as corporate legal adviser in Singapore. Santosh’s varied work experience includes business management and consultancy, research, education management & teaching, coaching & training, and legal advisory services. He was a Research Scholar at the National University of Singapore (NUS was ranked among worlds top 20 universities) and his research on – Globalization and Liberalization – was also published as a book. At NUS, he also studied Knowledge Management at the Business School and Human Rights at the Law Faculty.

He has widely traveled and also worked with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization at its headquarters in Paris. He has experience of presentations/talks, projects, trainings, workshops, etc related to Social Service & Social Responsibility, Coaching Skills, Education/Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, Idea Management, Human Resource Development and Corporate Social Responsibility in Australia, Cambodia, India, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA and Vietnam.

Santosh is an ISNS, USA Certified Meta Coach that is recognized worldwide as a professional coach certification. He was personally trained and certified by renowned trainer and coach Mr. Andrew Bryant of Self Leadership International (Australia and Singapore). Apart from ISNS methodologies, Santosh adopts various concepts of and approaches to coaching for it to lead to optimal benefits for coachees. Santosh has discovered and developed the principle of 'Law of Interest' which is due to be published as a book this year in Singapore (ISBN 978-981-08-1403). He is also author of two other books: 'Global Social Responsibility and Glocal Social Responsibility' (ISBN 978-981-08-3480-7); and 'CSR Knowledge.com - Understanding, Knowing and Managing Corporate Social Responsibility' (ISBN 978-981-08-3479-1). He has successfully conducted a workshop on principle of Law of Interest and its applicability in Business and Human Resource Management during an event held at Indian School of Business in September 2008. Having learnt and applied multiple skills and knowledge in varied fields - during his work and contribution to the organizations with which he was associated - Coaching, Training and Consulting in creativity, professional development, social responsibility/corporate social responsibility, ethics, business philosophy, education, idea management and law of interest/interest management are considered as Santosh’s niche.

Santosh is the Founder of Global Social Responsibility Forum.

ICORPRO is also looking for forging collaborations and partnering with various business entities and organizations to offer services in the common areas of interest.

Our Current Collaborations include one with Mr. Andrew Bryant’s Self Leadership International for Coaching and Training services in India and offshore trainings (mostly in Singapore/Malaysia/Australia) for staff from India; and another with Mr. Venu Bhagavan of Venu Bhagavan Institute of Leadership Development (VBILD, India).
